I have received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

When you receive your parcel, please inspect the packaging. If you notice that the parcel is damaged:

  • We recommend you refuse the parcel.
  • Notify the courier who delivered the parcel or the staff at the pick-up point so that they may fill in a Packaging Damage Report.
  • If you receive a damaged parcel, be sure to take a photograph of the damage incurred.

If the damaged parcel is accepted and no comments are made on the acceptance document, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered undamaged. If you notice any damage after unpacking your parcel, please take a photograph and contact our Customer Service Department – [email protected].
