Returns & Warranty

Returns & Warranty: What's the Difference?

To keep things simple, we offer two types of protection for your purchase: a 14-Day Free Return Window and a Warranty (if applicable) for the purchased items.

The 14-Day Free Return

Whether the color isn't what you expected, the item has flaws or you simply decided against the purchase while the part has not been installed yet, you can return the item and receive a refund.

You can return the item(s) up to 14 days after receiving it.

The following conditions must be met when returning spare parts to the seller:

  • Return the item in the same condition as received and in neat packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Take multiple pictures of the item(s) you received as well as the packaging before you send the item back as proof of condition. Our Customer Support may contact you about your return.
  • Remove all old shipping labels if you are reusing the packaging. If returning items to different sellers, ensure the correct labels are attached to the corresponding parcels.
  • You must ship the item to the seller's location within 14 days of filling out the return form, whether using our services or your own. While in most cases we provide the return service, you must make sure to adhere to the 14 days handover timeline. If your courier pickup does not happen within 5 business days after filling out the return request, contact our Customer Support.

For more information about 14-day returns and refunds, click here.

Please note if you chose to apply for return of an item within the 14-day Free Return window, the warranty (in case it was issued) is cancelled and does not support any further warranty claims for that item.

Warranty

If there is an active warranty (provided that you have received a certificate of insurance) for the items you bought, the warranty continues to cover the mechanical or electrical failure of the purchased items occurring after purchase, subject to the terms, limits, exclusions, and conditions of the insurance agreement. All part warranties are administered and serviced by our authorized partner, Cover Genius Europe B.V.

To check whether the parts have a warranty and its status, look in your RRR.LT account. If you don't have an account, you can find this information in your order confirmation email.

In case your purchased item suffers a mechanical or electrical failure, you can make a warranty claim:

  • Warranty covers items that are described in the warranty certificate that you can find in your order management dashboard once logged in to your account.
  • Warranty covers only mechanical or electrical failure of the purchased items occurring after purchase, provided the defect was not known or reasonably detectable at time of purchase, subject to warranty terms, limits and exclusions, rather than a change of mind.

The claims shall be submitted to the warranty provider – XCover.com, a trading name of Cover Genius Europe B.V. To submit a warranty claim, visit your RRR.LT user profile (where the link for claim submission is provided) or find a link to your order management dashboard in your order confirmation email. If you have lost your order confirmation email, click here.

If you choose to submit a warranty claim for the item, the 14-day free return option will be not available for you until the claim is settled and will become available in case the 14 days term has not expired and the claim was closed without any payment.
