RULES OF COMMUNICATION VIA THE CHAT FUNCTION

1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules (hereinafter – “Chat Rules”) establish the procedure for communication between registered users (hereinafter – “Users”) and sellers (hereinafter – “Sellers”) on the RRR.lt platform (hereinafter – the “Platform”), which is operated and administered by OVOKO, UAB, using the Platform’s chat messaging feature (hereinafter – the “Chat Function”).

1.2. The Chat Function is a part of the Platform intended for communication solely between Users and Sellers (hereinafter collectively – the “Parties”) and only regarding the goods offered on the Platform (hereinafter – the “Goods”) and the terms of their purchase using the Platform.

1.3. When using the Chat Function, the Parties must comply with these Rules, the Platform's Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Standards.

2. Permitted Use

2.1. The Chat Function may only be used for:

2.1.1. questions and answers regarding the specifications, price, delivery, warranties, or other transaction-related terms of the Goods;

2.1.2. providing additional information necessary to conclude a Purchase Agreement;

2.1.3. questions regarding order fulfillment, exchanges, or returns of Goods.

2.2. The Parties must provide only accurate, clear, and truthful information. The Parties' communication must be polite and professional.

2.3. Users may upload photos, videos, or other documents to clarify or supplement the information sent via text. The attachments mentioned in this clause must not contain any sensitive or confidential information. Such attachments may only be related to the Goods, and their size cannot exceed 10 MB. The Platform may review attachments to ensure compliance with these Chat Rules and for security purposes.

2.4. The Parties may inform the Platform of any content or behavior that potentially violates these Chat Rules. After assessing the circumstances, the Platform may apply one of the enforcement measures specified in Section 5.

2.5. Users are also notified of new messages via the email address provided in their account. Users may opt out of these notifications at any time by updating their account settings.

3. Prohibited Actions

The Parties are prohibited from:

3.1. Using the Chat Function for any illegal or misleading purpose, or for any purpose unrelated to the Platform's activities.

3.2. Publishing, transmitting, or distributing: (i) offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or hate-inciting messages; (ii) false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (iii) information that violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property or personal data protection requirements.

3.3. Offering or advertising goods and services that are not listed on the Platform.

3.4. Sharing contact details (e.g., email, phone number, social media accounts) or otherwise attempting to bypass the Platform when conducting transactions.

3.5. Using the Chat Function to send spam, chain letters, or mass advertising.

3.6. Using the Chat Function for activities that compete with the Platform, for data collection, or for any automated actions.

4. Our Rights

4.1. The Platform has the right to monitor the content of the Chat Function to ensure compliance with these Chat Rules and applicable laws.

4.2. If the Parties violate the Chat Rules, we may:

4.2.1. remove inappropriate posts, messages, attachments, or other information;

4.2.2. restrict or prohibit the use of the Chat Function;

4.2.3. apply other measures as provided in the Platform's Terms of Use, including Account suspension or Agreement termination.

4.3. The Platform may apply one or more of the above-mentioned measures to a Party. The Platform's decision regarding the application of these measures is final.

5. Liability

5.1. Each Party is responsible for the content it sends via the Chat Function.

5.2. We are not responsible for the content or authenticity of the Parties' messages, or for any agreements made based on them.

5.3. A Party that violates the Chat Rules and/or the Platform's Terms of Use must compensate for any damages caused to us, Sellers, Users, or third parties.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. These Chat Rules are an integral part of the Platform's Terms of Use. Capitalized terms in the Chat Rules have the meanings assigned to them in the Platform's Terms of Use, unless otherwise provided in these Rules.

6.2. We may amend the Chat Rules by publishing the changes on the Platform or by notifying the Parties via email. By continuing to use the Chat Function after the amendments are published, the Parties agree to the updated Chat Rules.
